Marketing Executive – Top Ryde City

We're looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our Centre Management team at Top Ryde City – one of Sydney's premier retail destinations.

If you're an energetic marketing professional who enjoys delivering engaging campaigns, supporting retailers, and driving customer traffic, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:


• Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing the centre's marketing strategy and calendar;


• Develop and implement creative campaigns and events to drive retailer sales and traffic;


• Manage digital marketing channels including website, social media, and EDMs;


• Monitor and report on marketing performance and campaign results;


• Build strong relationships with retailers, customers, and community groups;


• Support marketing budgeting, reporting, and agency coordination.

Experience/Skills required:


• Degree in Marketing or a related field (highly regarded);


• Experience as a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Coordinator, preferably in retail or shopping centre marketing;


• Strong digital marketing and social media management experience;


• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills;


• Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment;


• Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for community engagement.
