The Role

We are
seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior Civil Engineer
to lead our growing design team. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on guiding others, driving quality outcomes, and contributing to the success of diverse civil engineering projects across Western Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and mentor the civil design team, ensuring technical excellence and efficient project delivery.
• Review and provide engineering markups, guidance, and approvals on designs.
• Collaborate with project leads to ensure design compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and company processes.
• Support tender preparation, including scope definition, cost estimation, and technical input.
• Assist with procurement processes, engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to secure best-value outcomes.
• Work closely with management to uphold quality, safety, and sustainability across all projects.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or working toward is highly regarded.
• 5+ years' experience in civil engineering design, ideally across pavements, roads, and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with tender documentation and procurement processes.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Eligibility & Location

• Applicants must have demonstrated work experience within Australia (experience in Western Australia will be highly regarded).
• Only candidates with current Australian working rights will be considered. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Preference will be given to applicants already based in Western Australia.
