The Role:
Cater Care Services seeks to appoint an engaging Administration Logistics Professional for a permanent Site Administrator role at our remote mining village operation in Western Australia.

What This Role Involves:

  • Waste Receival Administration
  • Booking flights & accommodation - mobilisation
  • Answering and directing telephone enquiries
  • Assisting with guest and resident queries
  • Data entry
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • General Office duties
  • Assist the broader team as required in all areas

*Desired Skills And Experience
What we require from you:*

  • Previous administration camp experience
  • Accommodation reservations systems experience INX
  • Current Australian drivers license (manual preferred)
  • National police clearance within 6 months - or willing to obtain
  • Stable & progressive employment within a remote environment
  • Well developed computer literacy
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, high attention to detail & organisation skills
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasks
  • Commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
  • Motivated, constructive and professional 'can-do' attitude
  • Adherence general safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
  • Ability to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity & inclement weather
