Description:
  • Provide strategic advice on insurance solutions for M&A transactions.
  • Manage and take ownership of the policy and coverage negotiation process to develop enhanced and bespoke policy wordings to ensure the client's commercial objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with the local M&A community.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the M&A process, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Take on a critical project management role to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior brokers, fostering their professional growth.
What you need to have:
  • M&A experience of 4 years (ideally with a combination of legal and insurance experience).
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, finance, commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
