Commercial Real Estate Transaction Specialist

This is a prime opportunity for an Associate / Senior Associate level professional to take the lead with complex transactions and gain experience working across the full spectrum of the lending transaction lifecycle.
Working closely with senior leadership, this role has a strong origination focus across the capital stack, backed by a robust balance sheet and access to diverse capital pools.
The successful candidate will make a direct contribution to Fund Under Management (FUM) growth, driving deal execution and sponsor relationships.
This role will cater to a driven individual:
- with 3-5 years of experience within Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Private Credit or CRE Advisory
- who feels comfortable engaging with brokers and sponsors alike to drive origination
- with an outstanding attitude, eager to work hard and grow within CRE Private credit
- with the analytical skills to manage individual dealflow in line with the right risk profile vs fund mandates
