Required Work Experience & Skills:

• 1-2 years' experience in sales, product support, or customer service (healthcare/medical device industry highly regarded).
• Proven ability to understand and communicate technical product information clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation ability.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within a specialist role.
• Flexibility to travel for customer visits, training, and events when required.
