Required Work Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years' experience in sales, product support, or customer service (healthcare/medical device industry highly regarded).
- Proven ability to understand and communicate technical product information clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation ability.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and team members.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within a specialist role.
- Flexibility to travel for customer visits, training, and events when required.
