We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-focused
Warranty Manager
to oversee post-project support, manage field service operations, and uphold customer satisfaction across a wide variety of structural steel projects.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can juggle multiple responsibilities with confidence and care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and support customer interactions related to warranty claims
• Coordinate and allocate offsite welders for onsite servicing
• Qualify service requests as warranty or chargeable and manage accordingly
• Oversee invoicing and financial reconciliation of claims
• Collaborate with internal teams including detailing, manufacturing, and Key Account Managers (KAMs)
• Read and interpret technical and structural steel drawings (Tekla experience is desirable)
• Analyse warranty data and provide regular reporting to the business
• Drive improvements in warranty processes and service delivery
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in a warranty, technical service, or operations role—ideally within structural steel or manufacturing
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (experience with Tekla or similar tools is a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing priorities

Desirable:

• Experience with Tekla or other 3D modelling/drawing software
• Background in structural steel or steel fabrication in the domestic housing sector
