**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
LandHQ is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our Penrith branch. Working with the well-known and highly respected John Deere range of agricultural machinery, our Service Advisor will be the primary contact between LandHQ Bowral and our customers for all things servicing and repairs.

**Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Facilitate the communication between service personnel and the administration of the service department
- Identify gaps and opportunities in RO Stories for final invoice signoff by the Service Manager
- Prepare quotations for service repair jobs
- Assist with scheduling customer jobs for the Service Manager
- Prepare warranty and/or product improvement claims including the computation of charges, submission and follow-up with the group warranty department.
- Service advisor experience in the agricultural or automotive sector is preferential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Great organisational, administrative and time management skills
- Computer systems savvy including Microsoft Suite and DMS (Dealer Management System)
- A proactive approach to work
