**About the Company**:
Retailworld are proud to be partnering with an independently owned furniture store based in Penrith As a company they pride themselves on their supportive and vibrant team environment, a workplace where everyone gets along and supports each other.

**About the Role**:
We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager who is ready to grow within their career Reporting directly into the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the sales and operational functions of the store. This role offers not just a job, but a pathway to management as more locations are opened.

**Responsibilities**:

- Close sales efficiently and effectively.
- Handle warranty claims and manage customer inquiries via both inbox and social media enquiries.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Assist with store opening and closing.
- Post content and contribute to marketing efforts.

**About You**:

- Capable of working independently and staying on top of sales targets.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
- Willing to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Eager to take on challenges and contribute to a growing team.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
