Factory Person – Aluminium Fabrication

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Person to join our team. This is a hands-on role with a wide variety of tasks, including:

  • Fabrication of aluminium security doors and windows
  • Assisting in the manufacture of blinds and window coverings
  • Carrying out general factory and vehicle maintenance
  • Supporting our installation team onsite as required

This position would suit someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and is willing to learn across different areas of production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting, assembling, and finishing aluminium security products
  • Assisting in the production of blinds and other window coverings
  • Maintaining tools, machinery, and company vehicles
  • Supporting installation staff with onsite fitting of doors, windows, and blinds
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in fabrication, assembly, or a trade background is desirable (but not essential – training provided)
  • Good practical skills with hand and power tools
  • Current driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
