Client Relations Executive

London (Hybrid - 3 days per week)

We're looking for a Client Relations Executive to partner with our UK Wholesale and Institutional Relationship Directors, helping to grow relationships with wealth managers, private banks, NDFMs, family offices, advisor networks and consultants. This is a client facing role that blends relationship management, operational support, and market intelligence. Ensuring our sales team can focus on building business and delivering excellent client service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with Relationship Directors to manage exiting relationships and onboarding of new clients
  • Manage inbound client queries, liaising with investments, operations and compliance teams to provide timely and accurate responses
  • Coordinate marketing materials, presentations and RFPs
  • Maintain accurate contact and activity records in CRM system (Salesforce), monitor and report on product interest and pipeline activity
  • Work with operations to manage Distributor Due Diligence, Rebates and Agreements and ensure oversight of client reporting and mailouts to ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with UK investment platforms and distribution partners to help onboard new share classes and ensure platform data, fund information and documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Assist with event planning and organisation such as roadshows, round tables and webinars. Managing invitations, RSVPS and post event follow ups to strength engagement
  • Coordinate with marketing efforts on targeted campaigns and ensure this is reflected in the CRM system
  • Conduct market research and prepare market intelligence summaries to assist the sales teams with client opportunities (Morningstar)
  • Managing a shared client service mailbox to ensure all client queries are dealt with and responded too within a timely manner

Regulatory Responsibilities

To conduct themselves in accordance with the regulatory requirements and obligations of the regulated entities, paying due regard to the Financial Conduct Authority's Senior Manager and Certification Regime (as well as any other required local regulatory approvals and/or codes of ethics).

Key Skills

  • Previous experience in asset management, financial services or investment sales support preferred but not essential
  • Team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
  • A motivated individual who demonstrates drive and enthusiasm with a willingness to learn, innovate and improve
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • High responsiveness and focus on delivering first class client experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and a variety of internal stakeholders
  • Industry and market interest, including a desire to keep informed of current market trends and themes
  • An understanding of distribution technology, ideally with experience of working with Seismic and Salesforce platforms
  • IMC or equivalent preferred but not essential
