About Us

Trippas White Group is proud to launch Lee Ho Fook Sydney, the first Sydney outpost of the celebrated Melbourne restaurant. Alongside the dining experience, the venue will offer a premium cocktail and wine bar for guests to enjoy before, during or after their meal.

About the Role

We are seeking Casual Bar Staff with a flair for cocktails and a love for hospitality. You will be working in a high-end bar environment, creating exceptional drinks and delivering engaging service that enhances the dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines and spirits
  • Provide friendly and professional bar service
  • Ensure bar operations run smoothly during service
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar area
  • Uphold RSA standards at all times
  • coffee and tea making skills

What We're Looking For

  • Valid RSA and valid visa to work in Australia
  • Previous experience in cocktail bars
  • Excellent presentation, punctuality and responsibility
  • Strong customer service skills – our number one priority
  • Wine and cocktail knowledge
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Outstanding customer service

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.31 – $66.67 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
