About Us

Trippas White Group is one of Australia's leading hospitality operators, managing premium restaurants, bars, cafés and events spaces. We are proud to be bringing acclaimed Melbourne restaurant Lee Ho Fook to Sydney for the very first time, opening inside the Porter House building in September 2025.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Casual Supervisor to join our opening team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fine dining environment and has a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. You will support the leadership team in day-to-day operations, oversee wait staff, and ensure service standards remain consistently high.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in daily floor operations
  • Supervise and motivate the FOH team to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain a strong floor presence and assist guests with wine and menu selections
  • Ensure compliance with RSA and workplace health and safety requirements
  • Handle customer feedback in a professional manner
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork and excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Valid RSA and valid visa to work in Australia
  • Previous experience a la carte hatted restaurants or similar
  • Excellent personal presentation, punctuality and responsibility
  • Strong leadership and teamwork ethic
  • Wine knowledge and confidence in recommending pairings
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Outstanding Customer service
