Vevoke is a small importer, manufacturer and distributor of premium stationary and giftware.

We have numerous international and local suppliers and a large number of retail clients across Australia and New Zealand, in multiple retail segments.

Our business is complex, dynamic and growing strongly.

We need a very experienced, pro-active, highly organised and detail focussed professional to manage our day-to-day operations and create systems and a more efficient structure, to facilitate our continued growth.

You must have at least 5 years experience as an Operations Manager in importing and distribution businesses and familiarity with erp systems such as Netsuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics or our own system, Odoo.

We have a small, flat management structure and everyone works "at the coalface". Your role will include a variety of critical day-to-day tasks, as well as the requirement to drive structural and operational improvements. An example of your day-to-day responsibilities includes managing the product ordering process & freight from suppliers into the warehouse, reconciling invoices and quality control / credits. Management tasks include working with the Warehouse Supervisor and Managing Partner on planning/logistics, managing our IT and supporting the other departments to achieve greater efficiency.

The salary indicated includes super and on-site parking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 per year
