About the Role

We're looking for caring and motivated Support Workers to join our team. You'll provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

Whether it's personal care, social support, or companionship, you'll play an important role in making each day meaningful for the people you support.

What You'll Do

  • Provide personal care (showering, dressing, hygiene, meal prep, mobility).
  • Support clients with community participation and social outings.
  • Assist with medication prompts, appointments, shopping, and transport.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship.
  • Follow individual support plans and report any changes in wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate daily documentation.
  • Promote safety, dignity, and independence in every interaction.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Understanding of both Disability and Aged Care service environments.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care) or equivalent.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination evidence (as required).
