**Disability Support Worker - Casual**

We are looking for an enthusiastic support worker who is able to communicate fluently in both English and Hindi, to meet the needs of our clients.

The disability support worker is responsible for implementing, training, and support services and maximising people's living, employment, social, and recreational skills with a disability. Community inclusion, independence, decision making, and personal choice should be promoted through support, focusing on individual needs.

**Selection Criteria**

Ø Willing to attain Nationally Recognised Qualifications to be eligible to work in the industry.

Ø Must be Committed to promoting Empowerment, respect, dignity and inclusion when supporting participating and carers.

Ø Good Communication skills with developed interpersonal skills

Ø Driving's License, car and comprehensive car insurance.

Ø Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Ø First Aid & CPR

Ø National police check

Ø NDIS worker Screening check

Ø Minimum Certificate III in Disability Studies or related fields (essential)

Ø Work health and safety

Ø Demonstrated ability and skill to use person-centred care

Ø Possess well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively as a team member.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $28.81 per hour
