Unify Care & Support are seeking individuals dedicated to making a positive impact through small gestures that leave lasting impressions. If you're passionate about building genuine connections and enhancing the lives of others, we want you on our team.

We are looking for specific skills/personality to match participant requests which range from working with complex behaviour, non-verbal, personal care and HPS to support for community access and assisted daily living.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in collaborating with individuals and their support network, providing assistance either in their homes or SIL Homes. The work is diverse, rewarding, and engaging – from assisting with daily living routines to facilitating social outings or pursuing hobbies and interests.

What matters to us:

  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English is ESSENTIAL
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and reliability to accommodate varying schedules and client needs.
  • Experience in the Disability and Aged Care sector
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Possession of a current NDIS Worker Screening check and Blue Card
  • Valid Open Driver's License and vehicle available for transport
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • ABN is desirable
