Venue Manager – Tio Tapas & Bar | Mordialloc

Full-Time | Leadership Role | Spanish Tapas & Cocktail Bar

We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to lead our brand new Mordialloc venue.

Tio Tapas Y Vino has become a staple on the Mornington Peninsula for authentic Spanish tapas, relaxed vibes, and exceptional service. Now, we're bringing that same energy and flavour to Mordialloc – and we need a strong leader to help drive this exciting next chapter.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality venue
  • A hands-on management style with a focus on team development and guest experience
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Sound knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and restaurant service
  • Strong understanding of financials, rostering, ordering and compliance
  • Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with a dynamic team

Your role:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, creating a smooth and memorable guest experience
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate team
  • Collaborate with the directors on promotions, events, and local marketing
  • Maintain high standards in service, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and compliance with RSA and OH&S standards
