• Energetic person with strong leadership skills, a team mindset, and a positive work ethic
• Quick thinking and excellent problem solving abilities - no two days are ever the same
• A driven, determined leader who can coach and inspire our team - we're about collaboration and leadership
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role (2 years minimum)
• A solid understanding of numbers, budgets and financial management
• Experience implementing and upholding company policies and standards
• A high level of food & beverage knowledge, and the ability to spark engaging conversations with our fantastic customers
