We are entering our next phase of rapid growth and are seeking a skilled marketing Assistant to support our global email marketing and copywriting engine.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for customer experience to help bring our customer journeys to life across email and SMS using Klaviyo.
You'll lead in executing lifecycle campaigns that are highly segmented, beautifully personalised, and performance-driven. From product launches to flow optimisation, you'll help shape communications that educate, convert, and retain our global community of health seekers, biohackers, and high performers.
What You'll Do- Build, test, and deploy email & SMS campaigns in Klaviyo aligned to key moments and flows
- Support the execution of automated flows, from welcome series to subscription journeys and post-purchase experiences
- Assist in customer segmentation and personalisation strategies based on behaviour, preferences, and lifecycle stage
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Coordinate with creative, copywriting, and product teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and high impact
- Stay on the pulse of platform updates, consumer trends, and biohacking culture to deliver best-in-class communications
Key Responsibilities:
● Build, schedule, and deploy on-brand, high-converting campaigns and automated flows across email, SMS and other channels
● Work with the team on campaign planning, briefing, build, QA testing, deployment, and post-send analysis.
● Lead the execution and testing of automated journeys across the customer lifecycle (think: welcome, abandonments, winbacks, loyalty, and beyond).
● Develop, test, and optimise audience segmentation, triggers, dynamic content, and send timing to ensure the right message lands at the right moment.
● Use behavioural and transactional data to drive deeper personalisation and relevance in every touchpoint.
● Lead and report on A/B testing across subject lines, creative, CTAs, and timing to identify what clicks and what converts.
● Monitor and report on both campaign and lifecycle performance, delivering actionable insights to drive retention and revenue.
● Present key performance updates in weekly marketing team meetings.
● Work closely with the creative team to ensure messaging and visuals are on-brand, conversion-optimised and seasonally aligned.
● Support loyalty and retention initiatives, ensuring our best customers feel like VIPs.
What You Bring- You bring 3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing.
- Proficient in Klayvio, with hands-on experience in building emails and setting up automation workflows.
- You have a strong grasp of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience and confident setting up tags, segments, flows, campaigns, and A/B tests in Klaviyo.
- You're analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You take initiative, work autonomously, and communicate effectively across teams.
- Solid understanding of email/SMS best practices, deliverability, and compliance
- Bonus points if you have experience in fashion eCommerce, A/B testing tools, or loyalty or affiliate programs.
- Background and strong knowledge in health, wellness, supplements, biohacking, or longevity space.
- Experience working overseas regions regions (US, UK, UAE, Asia)
- Deep knowledge of compliant advertising language in regulated industries (e.g., TGA, FTC).
- Be part of a high-performance global marketing team educating on all things health, biohacking and longevity.
