Labourer - Building rectification employee (Experienced)

Family owned and run Gold Coast based Underpinning and Construction company with over 40 years in Queensland and NSW.

Training will be given in some aspects of our work, as some work is specialised.

Must be able to work with our close-knit teams and be versatile. We pride ourselves on our ability to complete projects on time and with a high degree of workmanship.

Required Skills:

Must have experience and knowledge of working on construction sites.

Previous experience in the use of power tools as required.

Must be physically fit and can work unsupervised.

Must be confident in working safely alongside machinery.

Must be very safety conscious with a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS.

Must be a team player.

Comfortable operating hand tools and drilling machinery (Kanga Loader),

Excellent communication and Customer service skills.

Duties:

Assisting in all aspects of the rectification procedure.

General construction labouring duties.

Manual Labouring to the complete site, along with vehicle cleanliness.

Ideal candidates will have:

Must have a white or blue card.

Must have a friendly outgoing attitude.

Have reliable transport and be punctual, as your team relies on your punctuality.

Prepared to work in Southeast Qld, Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

Have a vehicle licence with a clean driving record.

Permanent resident of the Gold Coast.

Eagerness to learn onsite.

Position would suit an applicant with a background in landscaping, concreting or plumbing who is looking for change (not essential) and onsite training will be provided for the right applicant.
