We're Crane Care, a tight-knit, growing team that services and repairs overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment across Sydney. Our work takes us into workshops, factories, train terminals, major commercial sites and even cruise ships No two days are the same—and you'll always be learning.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working on overhead cranes and electric hoists—inspections, breakdowns, fault finding, and upgrades
  • Diagnosing 3-phase and control issues (mostly 415V gear)
  • Getting out on the road, working solo or with the team
  • Talking to clients and getting stuck into real hands-on electrical work
  • Making sure everything is safe, signed off, and up to standard

What We're Looking For

  • A qualified sparkie (Electrical License – NSW)
  • Confident with fault-finding, wiring, and control systems
  • Someone who likes working with machines—not just wires in a wall
  • A full driver's license
  • Someone reliable, switched on, and good with customers
  • Bonus if you've got Working at Heights or EWP tickets—but not essential
