About our Company

KK Technical Services (KKTS) specialises in professional delivery and onsite installation services for major Australian and international brands. We are the national specialists in 'last mile' delivery and technical installation. We have a long history with the printer and photocopier market and continue to expand in to other technologies such as Digital Signage / AV. To assist with this expansion we are looking to add a new technical offsider to our team.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Delivery & Technical Installation Offsider who is looking for a role that is more than a basic transport role. To be the successful applicant you will be eager to learn Truck Loading / Delivery procedures & Technical Skills particularly in IT and networking.

You will have great organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. You will have a "hands on" attitude, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be comfortable with some heavy manual work. You will have excellent customer service and be a great communicator. You will enjoy the challenges of finding solutions for customers and making decisions on your feet.

Previous fragile freight & technical experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided in all aspects of the business.

About the Role

Working with us as an Offsider includes:

  • Packing, transporting and delivering a wide variety of fragile freight and equipment to varied locations around NSW
  • Assembling and running up machines and components on and off site
  • Manually loading and unloading heavy freight
  • Installing and networking components and machines
  • Managing paperwork and using app based and sign on glass technology
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our wide variety of customers
  • Safely operating powered and manual load shifting equipment
  • Complying with all WHS requirements and regulations
  • Assisting in our workshop or other areas of the business as required
