About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced
AV Operations Manager
to join our Property Services team at
Crown Melbourne
. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of AV services across the complex, ensuring seamless experiences for both internal stakeholders and guests.

Reporting to the AV Operations & Services Manager, you will:

  • Manage and respond to AV-related requests and faults via the Maximo Help Desk system.
  • Lead preventative maintenance programs and asset management strategies.
  • Deliver training for new employees and Maximo users.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AV system performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide on-site leadership during major events and be available on-call for critical AV issues.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in large-scale AV systems and audio/lighting production.
  • Strong fault-finding and signal flow analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows, Linux, and iOS environments.
