The Role
Nestled within the iconic Crown Towers, Crown Spa is a sanctuary of luxury and indulgence. Featuring deluxe treatment suites, aqua retreats with private lounges, a hair salon, a 25-metre pool, and state-of-the-art gym facilities, Crown Spa offers elevated wellness experiences in a five-star setting.
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Outlet Operations Manager
to lead our team in Australia's premier hotel day spa. Reporting to the General Manager of Hotels, you'll oversee daily operations, drive financial and service excellence, and ensure alignment with Crown's broader hospitality strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement commercial opportunities to maximise revenue across all outlets, including upselling strategies, retail products, and leisure services
- Drive brand partnerships and exposure through strategic collaborations and promotional activations
- Analyse sales performance and guest behaviour to optimise pricing strategies and service offerings
- Work closely with marketing and hotel teams to ensure alignment of spa and leisure experiences with broader brand initiatives
- Oversee the full spa and leisure operation, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Lead and inspire a large team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategic promotions and marketing initiatives to drive revenue
- Manage budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and monitor performance
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
- Stay informed on industry trends and innovations in spa and wellness
About You:
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive sales, maximise revenue, and implement effective upselling strategies
- Experience in analysing sales performance, forecasting revenue, and identifying growth opportunities across multiple service and product lines
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a FMCG, Retail or premium wellness environment
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Hospitality Business Management (preferred)
