Greeter / Wash Assistant

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 38 hrs/week

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Customer Service & Wash Assistant who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of first and last impressions.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Greeting customers on arrival and ensuring a professional check-in process
  • Walking customers through their service, packages, and expected wait times
  • Creating damage reports and setting clear expectations upfront
  • Performing high-quality interior and exterior cleaning in line with company standards
  • Using protective and restorative agents to maintain vehicle appearance
  • Checking out customers, reviewing service, and ensuring satisfaction before they leave
  • Coordinating with team members to meet promised timeframes
  • Addressing customer inquiries and delivering clear communication throughout their visit

  • Ability to meet physical demands (walking, crouching, bending, standing for long periods)
