Founded by three passionate shisha enthusiasts, we set out to build a safe haven where premium service meets quality shisha. We've survived lockdowns, come back stronger, and continue to redefine the lounge experience in Melbourne.

Now, we're looking for customer-focused, can-do legends to join our growing team.

What's the Role?

We're on the hunt for confident, energetic front of house team members who are ready to bring great vibes and exceptional service every night. You'll be the face of the lounge, welcoming guests, taking orders, running shishas/drinks, and making sure every customer has an unforgettable time.

As part of the role, you'll also support our back-of-house operations — and if you're curious about learning how to prepare shisha, we'll show you the ropes when the time is right.

What We're Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work evening/night shifts (between 6pm–2am)
  • Reliable, adaptable, and a team player
  • Keen to learn all aspects of the lounge, including shisha prep
  • No experience necessary – full training provided
