We're seeking a warm and motivated Front of House professional to join our small team. This role can be shaped around you – whether you're exploring a casual all-rounder position, developing your skills as a Junior Sommelier, or seeking a full-time step into refined service in a junior position.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from those eager to grow in a dynamic environment – whether your interest lies in wine, guest service, or both. You'll play an integral role in our guest experience: greeting and guiding guests, supporting the floor team, and, if interested, assisting with our wine program.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Preferred 1 years' experience in a front-of-house role within a venue of similar calibre.
  • Wine knowledge or formal study (WSET/CMS) is a plus but not essential.
  • Victorian RSA Certificate.
  • Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
  • Impeccable presentation, work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for wine, food, and enhancing guest experiences.
