We are seeking an Operations Support Officer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll work closely with staff, clients, and advocates to provide essential support across tenancy management, rent reviews, financial processes, and data systems.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
· Provide advice and assistance to clients and staff to help sustain tenancies in line with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
· Play a pivotal role in our rent review process.
· Assist with Rent Start Bond Loan processes and ongoing bond payment arrangements.
· Manage daily finance payment uploads and imports.
· Review and improve operational processes and policies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
· Provide high-level administrative support to the Operations Manager, including data analysis and preparation of reports (e.g. Board Reports).
Who we are looking for:
· Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
· High attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
· Experience in social housing is desirable.
· Proficiency in data entry and reporting.
· A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
