About the Role:Join a dynamic operations team in this permanent position based in Tamworth. This position is full-time or part-time across 5 days for the right candidate.

As a Program Support Officer you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support, managing all incoming phone contacts and scheduling appointments. As the first contact for our customer base you will provide exceptional customer service to set the tone for our teams on the ground. This will include an ability to build rapport and resolve issues quickly. This is an exciting new role within our team, where your administrative skills will be imperative to ensure the compliance and legislative requirements of our industry are met. 

About You:Skills, Experience and Attributes:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to persevere when faced with resistance; overcome obstacles and maintain a positive attitude and stable performance under pressure.
  • Experience in a customer facing role and passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with legislative, contractual, and organisational requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and service quality under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM Systems and phone systems.
  • Understanding of contractual frameworks, privacy principals, and accurate record-keeping or willingness to develop knowledge.

Qualifications, Licences and Checks:


• Relevant qualifications in Employment Services and/or Community Services desired, but not essential.

• Current Driver's License (Class C or above).

• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

• Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
