As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the continued growth and success of our salon community, representing our portfolio of brands, including Oribe Hair Care, R+Co, R+Color, Maria Nila, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to build and cultivate strong relationships with our salon partners, developing business growth through education, building brand loyalty, and enhancing brand recognition within a designated geographic territory. You'll help open doors to new salons and increase sales through comprehensive product education, merchandising, and implementing our business growth tools. You will work closely with your Educator to train and develop your salons.

Reporting to the State Manager (WA/SA) for your specific territory, you'll have set targets for achieving growth in existing salons and also acquiring new business. Your performance and bonus will be determined by the achievement of these goals. This role entails some regional and weekend travel, and interstate travel for quarterly Sales and Education meetings.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and hairstylists to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.

  • Identify Educational needs and ensure that all accounts have scheduled sessions to meet their requirements and drive sales.

  • Act as a knowledgeable resource and business support for salon professionals by helping them with inventory management and profitability in working with RB.

  • Develop and support key Salons with localised promotional activity to drive sell through

  • Maintain brand Merchandising standards in salons to entice customer engagement

  • Collaborate with salons to develop customised sales targets and incentive plans that drive sell through and result in regular orders.

  • Present quarterly Marketing Plan with NPD and sales initiatives to Salon key decision makers.

  • Manage territory quarterly targets and implement action plan to fill deficits

  • Provide salon sales teams with product knowledge training, equipping them with the necessary information to effectively sell and promote our brands.

  • Offer insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to help develop impactful sales and marketing strategies.

  • Present benefits of NPD and Bundle offers etc to Salons to achieve target

  • Support salons with Assortment management and always in stock position of all best sellers

  • Attend all company-provided meetings and training sessions.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry and market trends.

  • Utilise and document all salon interactions in Rogue Beauty's CRM.

  • Occasional overnight travel of up to 20%.

About You:

  • A strong background in the hair care industry, with a thorough knowledge of professional salon products and hairstyling techniques.

  • Previous experience as a hairstylist, salon educator, or brand educator is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with salon professionals and key stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and presentations.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Flexibility to travel frequently to salon locations within Australia.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

  • A valid driver's license.
