This leading Australian provider with well-established offices in Hobart is looking for a Business Analyst (Process and Systems Specialist) to join their team.

Your new role

If you are passionate about process improvement and automation and have a background in IT systems, this is the role for you.

The organisation is looking for someone to lead the optimisation of business systems, quality assurance and risk management - enhancing capabilities across its operations.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Mapping, documenting, and improving core business processes across ERP, CRM, HR and Quality Systems
  • Leading process automation initiatives and leveraging AI where applicable.
  • Supporting internal and external audits, including ISO 9001 certification.
  • Maintaining QA systems, compliance documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinating training programs and ensuring cybersecurity measures are up-to-date.
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver cross-functional improvement projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or systems-focused environments.
  • Exposure to ISO standards or quality assurance frameworks.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, documentation (including technical writing), and automation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Familiarity with compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
