To be successful in this newly created role, you'll need to be a driven, hands-on individual who thrives on variety and enjoys customer service, sales, and getting involved in the warehouse. We're looking for someone confident, motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing specialist business based in a brand-new facility in Lilydale. If you enjoy being part of the full process, from meeting our clients' needs to picking, packing, and seeing out the delivery, you'll fit right in. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a close-knit team that supports one another.

About the Role…

  • Attend to all incoming sales inquiries via phone and email

  • Build strong customer relationships with new and repeat clients

  • Prepare quotes, manage order tracking

  • Work within our cloud-based Zoho system (training provided)

  • Pick and pack orders, wrap pallets, and prepare for dispatch

  • Unload deliveries and maintain a tidy warehouse

  • Handle large drums and bulky stock – a reasonable level of physical fitness is required

  • Support other team members in product service and delivery as required

About You…

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must

  • Strong computer skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Office); Zoho experience advantageous

  • Physically fit and happy to work in a dual office/warehouse role

  • Sales and/or warehouse experience advantageous

  • Forklift licence or willing to obtain - we will support you

  • Positive, reliable, and ready to learn
