**About the Role**:
AWM Lilydale is seeking a motivated individual to join their tight-knit team of 3 and provide efficient and exceptional sales support to a long-term customer base.
- Specific responsibilities will include:_
- Actively keeping in touch with customers and building strong, long-term working relationships to support business growth
- Responding to general customer enquiries regarding pricing and product information
- Processing orders, purchasing stock and assisting with customer consignment
- Stock control as required, including assisting with re-stocking shelves and packing orders

Based out of AWM Lilydale, this is a permanent role with full time hours - Monday to Friday.

**You will have**:

- An electrical / lighting / trade background, with the ability to hit the ground running in a wholesale environment (desirable)
- Experience working in a face-to-face customer service and/or sales environment
- The ability and desire to build strong working relationships with customers
- Excellent follow through, common sense and the ability to solve problems
- A business mind and the initiative to seek out new opportunities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A current drivers licence
- Full Australian working rights
