looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a talented engineer with 2–3 years' experience to join a high-performing team in Melbourne.

About the Role:

This opportunity offers a strategic platform to progress your technical and commercial acumen, working closely with a Director on landmark concrete projects, typically
mid-to large-scale buildings over five stories
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in earthquake design and the use of
ETABS
for advanced modelling and analysis. The position will fully immerse you in the conceptual and detailed design of ambitious multi-storey projects shaping Melbourne's skyline.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2–3 years' structural engineering (design) experience, preferably within the Australian context
  • Hands-on experience with concrete structure design (5+ storeys)
  • Sound understanding of earthquake/seismic design regulations and best practices
  • Strong ETABS proficiency is
    mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Team player with the ambition to work directly with a Director and industry leaders
