High Rise Exterior Window Cleaner - BMU / Work at Heights

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced window cleaner to join our team on an on-going basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the exterior windows of prestigious high-rise buildings within Melbourne via BMU.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term role and a chance to develop their skills in a growing company.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning exterior windows of high-rise buildings.
- Ensuring safety measure are adhered to at all times.
- Communicating effectively with the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Conducting regular checks on equipment and reporting any faults or issues to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in high-rise exterior window cleaning is preferred.
- Working at heights qualification is a must.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and team-work skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work.
- Current White Card (Construction Industry Induction Card) or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug and alcohol testing.
