About Turium AI:
Turium AI is an enterprise artificial intelligence company helping organisations transform complex data and workflows into intelligent automation and insight.
We're building technology that bridges human and machine understanding — and we need curious minds who can help document, test, configure, and communicate how our AI systems work.
This isn't a standard "documentation" job. It's a
hybrid technical and communication role
for people who love exploring systems, understanding how they work, and helping others make sense of them.
About the Role:
As a Graduate AI Knowledge Engineer
, you'll be part of the product and engineering team — contributing to projects through a mix of
technical documentation, project coordination, communication, testing, and configuration support
.
You'll help shape how Turium's AI products are delivered, used, and understood by both internal teams and enterprise clients.
This is a role for someone who loves clarity, systems, and collaboration — someone equally comfortable reading code, configuring software, writing explanations, and testing how everything fits together.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Knowledge Design
- Develop, structure, and maintain documentation for AI and enterprise systems — including user guides, release notes, API documentation, and internal wikis.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to information architecture, terminology consistency, and knowledge management standards.
Project Support
- Work alongside engineers, product managers, and clients to support delivery of AI projects.
- Assist in gathering requirements, tracking project tasks, and ensuring clear communication between teams.
- Contribute to project documentation, meeting notes, and client deliverables.
System Configuration
- Help set up, configure, and test AI and enterprise systems for internal demos and client environments.
- Maintain environment documentation, configuration records, and deployment instructions.
- Support QA and release processes by verifying setup accuracy and feature readiness.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Participate in product testing cycles — validating features, recording test results, and reporting issues.
- Create clear bug reports and collaborate with engineers on reproducing and resolving issues.
- Help ensure that documentation aligns with the actual behaviour of the software.
Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a communication bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Present complex ideas simply — through diagrams, visuals, or concise written summaries.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions and sprint reviews.
What We're Looking For:
Education
Recent or upcoming graduate from ANU
or
University of Canberra
, ideally in:
- Computing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
- AI, Data Science, or Information Systems
- Communications or Design with a technology minor
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and communication skills — you enjoy learning how things work.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Familiarity with documentation tools (Markdown, Git, Notion, Confluence).
- Understanding of software or AI system configuration concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to work across disciplines.
Bonus Points For
- Exposure to testing, QA, or software deployment.
- Experience writing reports, guides, or technical documentation.
- Interest in AI, automation, or enterprise technology.
Why Join Turium AI:
- Be part of a pioneering enterprise AI company shaping the future of intelligent systems.
- Work directly with engineers, data scientists, and product designers on real-world projects.
- Gain experience across multiple areas — from documentation to configuration and testing.
- Mentorship and growth pathways toward Product, DevOps, or Technical Communication specialisations.
