Based in Toogoom, we supply premium houseplants to chain stores, independent retailers, and brokers across Australia, from Cairns to Adelaide. Flexibility: Primarily Monday to Friday work with occasional early starts (6 AM) and late finishes (6 PM) to meet customer needs. We offer opportunities for full-time roles as well as positions tailored for school hours (9 AM to 2:30 PM).

What We're Looking For

We're searching for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Reliability: Show up when rostered, contribute to the team, and build strong working relationships.

Physical Fitness: The role is physical so you can cancel that gym membership and be paid to work out. This role involves manual labor, physical stamina, and dexterity, with the ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

Fast hand and eye coordination

Willingness to Learn: We'll provide on-the-job training.

Love of the Outdoors: Work surrounded by living plants, enjoy the fresh air, and experience seasonal changes firsthand.

Available Roles

We are hiring for multiple roles across our nursery, including propagation, production, despatch, and crop care teams. Team Members are cross-trained in different departments to provide backup during peak workloads.

What We Offer

Dynamic Work Environments: Work in all weather conditions (sun, rain, heat, cold, frost, wind, dust), much of which is under plastic and/or shade-covered structures.

Competitive Pay: We pay above award rates under the Nursery Award

Location

We're based in Toogoom, QLD, just a short drive from Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Torbanlea, Howard, Burrum Heads, and Childers. Reliable transport is essential as there is no public transport to our location.
