Job Description

The Clinic and Campus Administrator is a front-facing role and first point of contact for students, staff, and clients in clinic and on campus. The role supports a wide range of campus and clinic operations and the focus areas outlined below may proactively adapt to align with the priorities of the business and the student experience.

  • Clinic-focused: Oversees daily operations of the Endeavour Wellness Clinic to ensure smooth service delivery, effective student training, and a safe clinical learning environment.
  • Student Support & Campus focused: Provides customer service and administrative support across the student lifecycle, including enquiries, onboarding, records, events, and international student engagement and management.

Both focus areas collaborate closely with the Clinic and Operations Manager (COM) to contribute to a positive, engaging, and safe student and staff experience on campus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Diploma level competency in any relevant discipline an advantage

Skills and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student- and client-centred focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across student support, clinic operations, and campus administration.
  • Solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of accuracy in administration, record-keeping, and financial processes.
  • Knowledge of compliance, WHS, and privacy requirements in an education/clinical setting.
  • Flexibility to work across both streams as required by the needs of the campus.
