The applicant must be able to work weelends and week days to assist with the growing demands of this location.

Role Overview: As a Casual Senior Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales in our Darwin store. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating meaningful connections with customers.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Demonstrating a genuine passion for Okanui products to achieve successful conversions.
  • Taking accountability for opening and closing the store.
  • Contributing to stock maintenance, merchandising, and preparing stock for sales.
  • Local with availabilty on week days and weekends.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in retail or fashion industry, ideally in a sales-focused role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with a hands-on and energetic approach.
  • High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Current Drivers Licence, own transport and be a local resident of the Darwin community.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
