Casual Retail Assistant – Darwin Boutique (12–24 hrs per week)

At Embella Jewellery, we design and curate treasures inspired by the ocean and the earth. Our Darwin boutique is more than just a store—it's a space where stories are shared, creativity is celebrated, and our customers connect with jewellery that feels personal and meaningful.

We are looking for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our close-knit team. If you are passionate about people, love jewellery, and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

  • Provide warm, personalised service to every customer
  • Recommend, display and style pieces to suit customer needs
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Assist with stock management and point-of-sale processes
  • Contribute to a positive team culture with energy and professionalism

About You

  • Previous retail or sales experience
  • Confident, approachable, with excellent communication skills
  • Positive, self-motivated and a strong team player
  • Organised, reliable and able to work in a busy environment
  • Weekend availability and flexible with shifts
  • Interest in jewellery, fashion or lifestyle retail is an advantage
