A large government organisation is undertaking a major transformation
initiative and is seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to support this strategic program of work. The organisation oversees a wide range of essential and community-focused services, making this a key role in improving how services are assessed, prioritised, and delivered.

About the Role

You will help design and implement a structured, organisation-wide approach to assessing and prioritising services. Your work will guide decision-making across multiple business areas and improve how services are planned, costed, and delivered to the community.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong experience as a
    Business Analyst
    in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Background in
    business transformation
    , service improvement, or operating-model projects.
  • Solid
    financial analytical skills
    with the ability to interpret cost and value drivers.
  • Advanced capability in
    process mapping
    and business process documentation.
  • Excellent
    stakeholder engagement
    , communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as
    Visio
    or similar mapping/documentation platforms.
