Your role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter or sales professional to join as a Consultant in our Government team based in Brisbane CBD. You will focus on recruiting office based positions for local, state and federal government departments.

How your day will look:

  • Build on relationships with Randstad's established clients
  • Establish and develop your own business and relationships
  • Achieve individual revenue targets and KPIs
  • 360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk

What we are looking for in you

You will be an experienced Recruiter or sales person with a proven track record in hitting and over achieving targets. To be successful in this role you must be self motivated, outcome focused and self confident. You will be strategic minded, have exceptional communication skills and be a resilient person who thrives on challenges.
