ABOUT THE ROLE

We are offering opportunities for young family lawyers to join the only Western Australian family law firm to have been ranked first tier for more than a decade.

We are looking for junior lawyers who want to learn to be outstanding family lawyers.

At OSD you will increase your legal skills as you are mentored by our highly regarded principals and consultants.

You will have to opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex client files in Perth.

You will be supported and encouraged to continue your legal education and develop strong networks within the Perth legal and business community.

ABOUT YOU

You will have 2-4 years' PAE with family law experience and a desire to work in a team that will take your legal and professional skills to the next level.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Family Court experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of the various alternative dispute resolution models.
  • The ability to communicate confidently with clients.
  • The ability to efficiently plan and manage your own work, including managing deadlines and compliance with key dates.
  • A solid understanding of corporate structures.
  • A desire to drive business development opportunities and actively develop a reputation in the market.
  • A yearning to be the best you can be, and be a part of the best family law team in Perth.
