The ideal candidate would be outgoing with a bubbly personality and have a passion for events and meeting new people.

Hosting the pub crawls are fun, but you need to have a balance of fun and professionalism, treating this as a serious job and not just a hobby, no matter how much fun it is

Our pub crawls are every Friday & Saturday night, with the occasional random nights for different holidays.

Additional hours would be available 1-2 days a week for doing promotion. This would include going around the city liaising with hostels, schools, etc delivering new posters, flyers, etc. If you have skills in social media management, reels/tiktoks, etc that's a plus and we can discuss more work throughout the week.

Hosting Duties:

  • Sell tickets (bonus commission)
  • Checking in customers
  • Liasing with venues
  • Socialize and make sure everyone is included
  • Safely guide customers to each venue
  • Party games at each venue
  • Take photos
  • Post stories
  • Order and pick up pizzas
  • Get 5 star reviews (bonus commission)

In addition to hosting the crawls, there will be additional managerial duties such as:

  • Nightly shift reports
  • Planning themes
  • Rostering staff
  • Uploading photos after each crawl
  • Connecting with uni societies, teams, and local business to get group bookings
  • Managing social media throughout the week
  • Creating reels/TikToks
  • Liaising with hostels/colleges

Requirements:

  • Available most Friday & Saturday nights, and NYE
  • Minimum 6 month commitment (the longer, the better)
  • Fluent in English
  • Outgoing, not shy with speaking/yelling to large groups
  • Sell a minimum of 5 tickets per shift (bonus commission paid)
  • Must be punctual and professional, able to follow instructions
  • Experience in nightlife/events (Not mandatory, but preferred)
  • Citizen or on a visa with work rights (no tourist visas)
