Whilst we have been established in the hotel industry for more than 30 years, we are currently going through a period of growth. We are always looking to increase our hotel portfolio, thus ensuring on-going career development and promotion both internal and external.

Located on the lively Beamish Street in the heart of Campsie, Oasis on Beamish has long been a local favorite, offering a welcoming space for friends, families, and travelers alike. Originally established to serve the surrounding community, Oasis on Beamish quickly became known for its warm atmosphere, friendly service, and commitment to quality. Over the years, it has grown into a cherished gathering spot, with a reputation for hosting memorable moments and celebrating life's milestones.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
  • Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
  • Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

What we're looking for

  • Current Valid RSA/RCG/Advanced RCG/TAB Compliance certificates
  • Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
  • Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week
  • Experienced in tab and keno operations
  • Chinese Speaking skills would be advantageous but not a requirement
  • Gaming service and knowledge of gaming machines
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years' experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs
  • TAB certified (valid tab compliance and tab basics certificates)
  • Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
