We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and highly motivated Sales Representative to manage our stall and connect with customers every weekend for Tully'z Kitchen. This role offers fantastic earning potential and a vibrant working environment.

The Role: Farmers Market Sales Representative

You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and packing down our market stall, handling all sales transactions, and providing outstanding customer service. Your energy and salesmanship will directly impact your earnings

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Sales & Service:
    Engaging with customers, providing samples, educating them about our
    award-winning curry sauces
    and inspiring meal ideas, and closing sales.
  • Operations:
    Efficiently setting up and packing down the stall (including tent, tables, and stock).
  • Inventory:
    Managing on-site stock and processing transactions (cash and card).
  • Brand Ambassador:
    Representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Earning Potential

Up to $500 in remuneration PER market day.
(Competitive base rate + performance commission/bonuses).

Travel Allowance

A fixed allowance will be provided to cover fuel and travel expenses. (for eligible candidates)

Hours

WEEKENDS ONLY.
Perfect for those seeking flexible, supplementary income.

Essential Requirements

Candidates MUST meet the following criteria:

  1. Availability:
    Must be consistently available on
    Saturday and/or Sunday
    (exact markets/hours to be scheduled).
  2. Reliability:
    Punctuality and commitment are non-negotiable for early market setups.
  3. Vehicle Requirement (CRITICAL):
    Must own and operate a
    reliable car or suitable vehicle
    large enough to transport market equipment (tent, tables, stock boxes).
  4. Physical Stamina:
    Must be capable of lifting and moving stock and equipment (moderate physical activity required).
  5. Personality:
    Exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for selling.
