We're looking for a Full-Time Food & Beverage Salesperson to join the team

As a Food & Beverage Salesperson, your day-to-day will involve:

Welcoming and engaging with guests from the moment they arrive, setting the tone with warm and professional service.

Taking orders and guiding the dining experience, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every step.

Confidently recommending dishes and beverages, using your menu knowledge to upsell and enhance the guest experience.

Delivering attentive and seamless service throughout the meal, anticipating needs before being asked.

Working closely with your team to keep sections running smoothly, support during peak times, and maintain a positive, energetic floor atmosphere.

Upholding our service standards by ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting positive impression.

Whether you're serving on the floor or handling guest inquiries, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere. With opportunities to cross-train across different areas, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on guest interaction, and is eager to develop their skills within a supportive and dynamic team.

Skills and Experiences:

Think you've got what it takes?

The ideal candidate will have:

• Full working rights - Aus/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred, or at least 2+ years left on temporary visa.
• Availability for 38 hours per week, incl evenings & weekends where needed.
• Proven FOH / customer service experience in a premium, fast-paced environment over the last 12 months.
• A keen interest in learning more about Peruvian cuisine and guiding customers through our wonderful menu
• A strong understanding of food & beverage service and customer interaction.
• Ability to confidently operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Strong upselling skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
