Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Leader or Credit Controller ready to make a real impact? Join us in Auburn and lead the charge.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the Credit function, delivering end-to-end leadership
  • Implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce average days outstanding
  • Oversee complex account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
  • Drive continuous improvement and support system transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively manage outstanding debt
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Coach and mentor your team, supporting development, succession, and high performance
  • Monitor and analyse performance data, using insights to drive improvements

What makes you a GOgetter:

  • 5+ years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Management role
  • Demonstrated experience leading AR teams in high-volume, complex environments
  • A proven track record in driving change and supporting system transformation
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Able to work flexibly in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Confident in setting, tracking, and reporting on KPIs at both team and individual level
