Responsibilities Take full ownership of the Credit function, delivering end-to-end leadership Implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce average days outstanding Oversee complex account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies Drive continuous improvement and support system transformation initiatives Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively manage outstanding debt Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners Coach and mentor your team, supporting development, succession, and high performance Monitor and analyse performance data, using insights to drive improvements What Makes You a GOgetter5+ years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Management role Demonstrated experience leading AR teams in high-volume, complex environments A proven track record in driving change and supporting system transformation Strong leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach Able to work flexibly in a multi-stakeholder environment Confident in setting, tracking, and reporting on KPIs at both team and individual level What You Receive As a GOgetter Weekly pay - no need to stretch for extended periods between pays Access to a range of employee benefits including novated car leasing, discounted health insurance, employee recognition programs and discounts with a range of providers Support of a strong, employee and safety-driven culture Ongoing training and genuine opportunities for career progression A strong, safety-first and values-driven company culture We are committed at BINGO to building a workforce that reflects the communities and customers we serve.
